Newtec has recently delivered two Celox potato grading machines to the US. Michael Barrett employed by Ag-Pak Inc. of Gasport, NY tells: "We recently, along with our dealers, Pepper Equipment and Ottomation, installed two, 12 + 1 Newtec Celox potato grading machines. These machines were installed at Hi-Land Potato Company and Metz Potato Company in beautiful Monte Vista, Colorado. Along with Newtec`s technician Ulrik Pedersen we were able to incorporate these machines into each shed in about 2 weeks time. These machines have far exceeded our customer`s expectations for grading and size. When asked about the sizing aspect of the Celox, I quote our customer Bill Metz: "The 4 to 10 ounce potatoes are all within their range, 0 % oversize and 0 % undersize, there is not another shed in the valley that can do that" (Metz). When I asked Matt of Hi-land Potato his thoughts on the installation of his Celox, he responded "Grandpa (Karl) is very happy with his decision to purchase this machine, no complaints" (Matt). We are very pleased with the results and capabilities of this machine. In closing I will quote our dealer Justin Pepper: "Thanks to everybody who has worked on this project with us.
