As an international organisation, Newtec may transfer personal data collected by us on an aggregated or individual level to various partners, dealers, divisions, subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliated companies of Newtec Holding A/S (“Newtec Group“) worldwide, located inside or outside the European Economic Area for the purposes stated above, as well as to data processors outside of Newtec in e.g. China or other countries abroad for storage and service purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Newtec Group without your accept unless authorized or required under applicable legislation.

When your personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed, it will either be deleted or anonymized.
