Optical sorting machines
The Celox machine also supports seamless production line integration through industry-standard communications interfaces such as Modbus-TCP and Open Platform Communications (OPC). These interfaces are widely supported by the modern industrial PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) which are today integrated in most production lines. This allows automation of routine tasks such as configuring sorting parameters for quality, size and shape sorting.

Memory Pans
With its compact design, the footprint remains the same as our 2008PCM Mini Weigher. However, due to the additional layer of memory pans, the weighing machine can reach the impressive capacity of up to 140 portions/min. It is a small, but very powerful machine, operating as stand alone or connected to other Newtec machines.

Solution example - Fruits
Apples and pears are very fragile products, and therefore, must be handled with care through the use of special product handling technology and equipment. Apples and pears should gently float through the conveyor systems, while remaining as controlled as possible in order to eliminate the risk of bruising.
